No One Dies Alone, Doula Program
Enhancing the hospice continuous care experience with skilled and compassionate end-of-life doulas.
We provide clinical and para-professional staff trained as end-of-life doulas for people actively dying with a prognosis of 7 days or less. Our doulas serve as surrogate family members—managing details with dignity and care so loved ones can focus on simply being present.

Doula Pairing
Facing the end of life can be deeply emotional for individuals and families. Our Doula Pairing service connects families with certified end-of-life doulas who provide compassionate, non-medical support rooted in dignity.
Each family is matched with a doula who understands the emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs of the patient and loved ones.
- Emotional, spiritual, and cultural companionship in the final days
- Supportive guidance and stress management for caregivers
- A calm, comforting presence through life’s transitions
- Reduced fear, anxiety, and isolation through steady support

Personalized Care Plans
At The Wellness Galaxy, our doulas create non-clinical care blueprints that bring comfort, clarity, and connection during the final days. These plans are not medical directives—they focus on holistic support for the patient and their family.
- Emotional needs, spiritual care, and environment
- Family roles, cultural practices, and closure rituals
- Consistent, personalized attention
- Guidance that helps families move through the process with peace and intention
Each plan is shaped through conversation and presence—because even the final days matter.

Who We Are
At The No One Dies Alone, Doula Program, we believe everyone deserves companionship in their final moments.
- Over a century of collective healthcare experience
- Founded by Yvonne Secreto, RN, who has served in hospice since 2010 as a clinical nurse, liaison, and supervisor
- Deep understanding of the challenges families face and the solutions that bring peace at end-of-life
Why This Is Important
In 2013, the Office of the Inspector General reported that 953 hospice programs nationwide lacked continuous healthcare services. In response, 10 quality indicators were introduced to raise standards.
Our program directly fulfills the first of these 10 indicators, making it a vital service for elevating care, dignity, and compassion.
